Meanwhile, Ülle Toode - Estonian correspondent - explained to Caterina Balivo that Tommy Cash already considers himself the next winner of Eurovision. "I understand that listening to Tommy Cash someone might feel offended - said the journalist - but that's his style . He already considers himself the winner of Eurovision ".
